What is your return policy?

 Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days however return postage will be at your cost. For Hygiene purposes, please return in original packaging. 

In  the unlikely event that an item proves faulty then you will receive a product refund.

What are the payment options?

Shipping 

Standard Shipping is free in Australia on all orders over $150. 

All orders are sent by Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you.

We can arrange Express shipping at an additional cost.

Privacy Policy 

We ask our suppliers to provide only sufficient packaging to protect the products. This not only helps protect the environment, but assists our customers who have challenges opening plastic packaging. 

​

Where possible we use recycled shipping materials such a repurposing delivery cartons and using mailers made from recycled materials.

Packaging 

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  Should you prefer another option such as direct deposit or by cheque, please contact us to make special arrangements. 

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. 

We maintain and store your purchase information on our system for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your consent unless required to by law.

We do not store, nor have access to, your Payment  details such as credit card or banking information. All payments are managed through a third party system (Square) who are engaged to provide a safe payment environment for our customers.

Any feedback or complaints provided to us will be treated with full confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any other party.
